Jonathan Stevens is a Union citizen who was friends with Ted Sisson, a Union Security soldier.
Fate[]
During Union's destabilization (possibly shortly before), Jonathan somehow stumbles across Ted as he is doing some sort of covert work. Having witnessed that which he shouldn't have, Ted reluctantly executes Jonathan and writes up an incident report for MOBIUS.
