Tips[]
- Attempt this achievement on Casual for best results.
- This can also be done on a New Game+, as the unlocked upgrades and weapons can help skipping/expediting certain lengthy segments of the game (e.g. bosses).
- Use the Magnum to quickly take care of boss encounters.
- If not necessary, try not to sneak around the map, since combat on Casual is relatively easy anyway.
- Ignore other achievements, collectibles, and hidden resource caches to lessen the amount of time wasted.
- Don't go into the Safe Haven. Instead, make saves at the chapter transition screens to better keep track of total play time. If necessary, replay whole chapters if too many mistakes were made. As the Chapters themselves are relatively short anyway, doing this could potentially save more time than constantly restarting from checkpoints.
